Club history

2010

During the 2010 season, players participated for the first time as part of the Tallinn Storm team in the Finnish league.

In August 2010, the Tartu Titans team competed for the first time as an independent team at the “Open Flag Football” tournament held in Latvia, where they achieved 3rd place.

2013

The team participated in the Baltic League, which included teams from Estonia and Latvia. The Tartu Titans won the Baltic League.

2014

The team again participated in the Baltic League with Estonian and Latvian teams. The Tartu Titans won the Baltic League for the second consecutive year.

2015

The Tartu Titans participated in the Baltic Sea League, which included teams from Estonia, Latvia, and Belarus. The team finished 2nd place out of five teams.

2016

The Tartu Titans competed in the Finnish 3rd League and advanced to the placement (playoff) matches.

2017

The team participated in the Belarusian league “Monte Clark Cup,” which included teams from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia. The Titans finished 2nd place in the Monte Clark Cup.

2018

The team again competed in the Belarusian “Monte Clark Cup,” with teams from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia.

Additionally, the team participated in the Baltic League under the name Team Estonia, finishing in 2nd place.

2019

Training sessions continued, but due to the absence of a league, no official games were played.

2020

The Tartu Titans American football team ceased operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2022-2023

Players participated in the Baltic League as part of the Tallinn Kings roster. In 2023, the team won the Baltic League Championship.

2024-2025

American football activity in Tartu remained inactive until summer 2024, when a group of enthusiasts began reviving the sport through an association.

In spring 2025, active players, together with other Baltic clubs, decided to relaunch the Baltic American Football League, with the Tartu Titans representing Tartu and Estonia.

2025

The team competed in the Baltic American Football League. The Tartu Titans finished the regular season with a 3-1 record.

On November 22, 2025, the Titans won the Baltic Bowl, defeating the Kaunas Dukes 40-6, and were crowned Baltic League Champions.
